PROSM Projects is a construction project management platform that runs the full lifecycle of a build — from site setup and daily workforce activity to change orders, safety, and financial oversight — in one connected system instead of a folder of spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group.
WHAT IT DOES
What PROSM Projects does.
Every project holds one or more physical sites, and the day-to-day record of work — activities, issues, RFIs, submittals, a real Gantt schedule, change orders, safety incidents, documents, and daily reports — lives inside that project, scoped to exactly the people working on it. Above the individual projects sits an organization-wide view: a director or owner can see workforce, materials, assets, compliance, and finances across every active job at once, without opening each one separately.

Change Orders
A real approve/reject workflow for scope and cost changes, feeding straight into each project's financial picture.

Materials, Stores & Assets
Material requests, store inventory per site, and equipment/asset tracking across the organization.
Workforce & Attendance
Manual attendance recording, or a live sync bridge to PROSM Time for real, geofence-verified clock-in/out data per site.
Finance (two levels)
Per-project budget and cost execution, rolled up into an organization-wide financial oversight view — plus a custody/advance-request bridge to PROSM Finance for real cash movement.
Approvals & Delegation
A central inbox for everything pending review, with the ability to delegate approval authority when someone is away.

Compliance document tracking, plus a shared directory of clients, contractors, and suppliers used across every project.
