PROSM Finance is the organization-wide cost visibility and approvals layer above PROSM Time and PROSM Projects — it pulls real labor cost and real project cost into one job-costing picture, and gives one place where every financial decision above a single project gets approved, on the record.
WHAT IT DOES
What PROSM Finance does.
Rather than being yet another disconnected accounting tool, Finance sits deliberately above the other two PROSM products: it reads real synced hours and pay rates from Time and real site/project cost from Projects, adds the pieces neither of them tracks — contract value, billing schedule, retainage — and turns the combination into budget-vs-actual, work-in-progress, and cash-flow numbers an owner can actually act on. It also runs a complete, native payroll engine built around real Egyptian statutory rules (social insurance, progressive income tax, the Martyrs Fund), so a construction company never needs a separate payroll product.

Native Payroll
Full pay-run engine: overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, lateness, loans, statutory social insurance and income tax, contractor-labor exemptions — all real, all editable, nothing hardcoded.
Reports
Seven report types — payroll history, job costing, approvals, worker loans, custody ledger, payroll adjustments, statutory deductions — each exportable as CSV and PDF.
Role-based Access
Owner, Finance Manager, and Viewer roles with a real, server-enforced authority split — not just a hidden button.
